These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HiFrom ("the App"), operated by Tiewly ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

HiFrom lets you record a trip — photos, posts, plans, and location — and share it with people you choose. Followers you approve see your updates; you control what is shared and with whom. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Accounts and Age

You sign in with your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under it. HiFrom is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and you must meet this age requirement to use the App.

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you create in the App ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the service and deliver it to the people you have chosen to share with. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights necessary to share it.

5. Content Removal and Account Termination

We may, at our discretion and whether or not we have received a report, and with or without prior notice, remove any content that violates these Terms (in particular the Prohibited Conduct in Section 3) or that we consider to be unlawful. We may also suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms or does so repeatedly.

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

You can report content you believe is inappropriate to contact@hifrom.app. We review reports we receive and act within a reasonable time. Reporting is one way we may become aware of a problem and does not limit the actions described above.

6. Our Intellectual Property

The App itself — including the HiFrom name, logo, software, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the App as intended.

7. Changes to and Availability of the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service. Note that trip data is automatically and permanently deleted approximately one month after a trip ends, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content or data will be preserved or available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
